Most of the renovation or home improvement projects require some degree of electrical work. Whether this is subcontracted by the general contractor or done independently it is always important to make sure the electrical part of the renovation is done by a fully qualified electrician.

  1. Acquire Necessary Permits: All electrical installations and renovations, both residential and commercial, require electrical permits. These permits are held by a certified electrician.
  2. Design & Plan the Electrical System: A home or business needs a specific plan that is designed to code and the customer’s needs. We work to establish a plan that is cost effective, to code and fulfills the client’s unique needs.
  3. Buildout Of the Electrical System: This is the wiring and actual construction of the electrical system, this includes outlets, lighting and making sure the right surge protection and panels are installed.
  4. Final Inspection & Billing: Once the job is completed, we run through the entire system and job to ensure everything was done correctly. Once the final inspection is completed, we bill the client.

During the electrical renovation process, we will provide up-to-date information with respect to changes that have occurred. Electrical renovations vary in time and cost, call Elite Power Up prior to your electrical renovations for a free estimate.
